| TERMS AND CONDITIONS WEBSHOP YOUR USE (PURCHASING GOODS & SERVICES) OF THIS SITE IS YOUR LEGAL AGREEMENT TO THE POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. YOU ALSO AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS & REGULATIONS, INCLUDING DUTCH EXPORT AND RE-EXPORT CONTROL REGULATIONS. THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE PART OF OUR GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. GENERAL STATEMENT Jukebox Parts Service products, prices, availability and rebates (if any) may vary. Jukebox Parts Service is required by law to collect Value Added Tax on all purchases made at Jukebox Parts Service.com (at local Dutch VAT rates unless specified differently). ON-LINE SPECIFICATIONS AND AVAILABILITY Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the unpredictable nature of the market, descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction. Although Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response email, Jukebox Parts Service may change its pricing, product description or specification after any order confirmation or response email but prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We will notify you of any correction or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to Resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. Jukebox Parts Service offers no price protection policy for refurbished items. DISCONTINUATION OF PRODUCT Jukebox Parts Service reserves the right to discontinue sale of certain products at any time. If however at any time during the term of an Agreement under which Jukebox Parts Service sells and Buyer purchases Products on a regular basis, such regularly sold and purchased products are to be permanently discontinued (“Discontinued Product”), Jukebox Parts Service shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to give Buyer prior written notice of such discontinuance and shall use reasonable commercial efforts to accept last-time-buy orders for such Discontinued Product all in accordance with Jukebox Parts Service' product discontinuation process and general information related thereto as published on Jukebox Parts Service' website. PRICING All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current Dutch rates unless specified differently. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. In case the buyer (VAT registered entity) is eligible for VAT reduction or delivery without VAT it is the obligation of the buyer to provide Jukebox Parts Service with it’s VAT Registration details. Jukebox Parts Service is obliged to check validity before accepting VAT reduction or delivery without VAT. This procedure may take two or three working weeks in which transactions are to be made under normal VAT as described earlier. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@jukeboxpartsservice.eu. before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause (b) below. • You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. You need to inform us by email sales@jukeboxpartsservice.eu. and obtain a RMA number. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. • Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 30 days of receipt of goods. • The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause (b) will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used, damaged and incomplete or in case a product or goods are made to order for you. The provisions of this clause (b) do not affect your statutory rights. EXPORT To comply with government regulations, Jukebox Parts Service reserves the right to refuse to export products from the Netherlands at any time. If you are purchasing products for exports, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Product warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, TITLE TO GOODS Jukebox Parts Service hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This Disclaimer in no way affects the term of any manufacturer's warranty. The title to purchased goods is retained by Jukebox Parts Service until goods are paid by the purchaser. PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFORMATION PAYING AT THE JUKEBOX Parts Service WEBSHOP We currently accept payments only through services and online payment methods offered via our partner TripleDeal. We do not add any credit card or other payment surcharges. Please view our PRIVACY STATEMENT for more information about your payment safety. SHIPPING (Domestic & European Shipments) If stock is available, We aim to deliver parcels within five to seven working days after acceptance of the online purchase. However we can also arrange special delivery within 24 hours but you have to bear extra cost for this. Please contact sales@jukeboxpartsservice.eu. for further details. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the delivery point. If your package is lost or damaged, please send us an email at sales@jukeboxpartsservice.eu. Jukebox Parts Service Sales Department must be advised within 48 hours of the exact damage. It is imperative that the Customer does not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier. You can also return your purchased product under our Cancellation and Returns Policy as described in this document. |
